Goddess Within Circles: Put Yourself on a Pedestal

Would you like to be a part of the pilot group to test the new curriculum for Goddess Within?  We are enrolling now for the pilot that begins 10/23...details are as follows:

Within every woman there is a goddess.   Though she may be suffering from neglect, abuse or exhaustion, she exists in all of us.  Put YourSelf on a Pedestal is a circle series designed to extract your inner goddess, then revive and release her from the constraints and conditioning that prevented her from fully developing or expressing her presence. 

The purpose of this circle series is to explore the truth in the words of Marianne Willamson who said "It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? 

. . .  playing small doesn’t serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are born to manifest the Glory of God(dess) that is within us.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give to other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”  

Through this circle series, we hope females of all ages will realize and accept their goddessness; reach out to raise and mentor  girls who know their worth and see it continue to grow from childhood through the twilight years; celebrate the transitions that move us through the cycle of life with rites of passage; and  share this new found freedom and power with other women so that they may experience their own divinity.
 

Put YourSelf on a Pedestal...the journey to releasing your Inner Goddess begins with one step. 

     Step One: Finding Your Inner Goddess

The first step along this path establishes a circle of women who hold the intention of  embracing their inner goddess.  Using experiential activities, discussion and journaling exercises, circle participants will clear blocks that no longer serve them.  We will respond to the words of Marianne Williamson "It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?"  

We will explore blocks that keep us from becoming the light that frightens us.  Together, we will identify ways to safely release those blocks, and learn how to embrace more positive thoughts and practices to free the light /goddess within. 

Each session meets for for three weeks.  You must complete all three sessions consecutively.  Journaling exercises are emailed to the circle facilitator daily.  The fee is $295/Advance for 6 weeks or 2 payments of $150.   Dates TBA: email for details.  

  Step Two: Filling Your Inner Goddess

The next step in this journey to goddessness finds our circle participants forming stronger connections to their inner goddess and sisters of the circle.  Now embraced, the inner goddess requires sustenance, nurturance and consistent care for maintenance.  We will embody the words of Marianne Williamson that posit  ". .  playing small doesn’t serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are born to manifest the Glory of God(dess) that is within us."

Our process will include daily journaling of our practices, weekly outings to explore new possibilities for filling ourSelves and circle activities that enable us to experience sister care as we share our insights and experience with our sisters in circle.

  Step Three: Freeing Your Inner Goddess

The final step that brings this journey full circle is releasing the inner goddess.  With secure connections to each other and the inner goddess, circle participants will continue to expand the circle by reaching out to others.  In doing so, we model  (give away) that which has been given.  We will heed the call of Marianne Williamson "And as we l. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”    

Each of us will explore ways to give others in our lives and communities permission release the inner goddess, and become a beacon of light that liberates others.  We will meditate on ways to strengthen our light, and journal about our awareness.  In circle we will share our hopes and dreams for being the light that liberates other women.
