Phoenix Rising Circle: Creating new Beginnings from Transitions Life can be filled with uncertainty. The natural peaks and valleys, ebbs and flows of life can be unsettling. Factor in unplanned surprises and setbacks, and life may seem less than ideal. The transitions we experience as we move from one life phase to another are good times to review our progress and plot a course for the next stage of our development. Often we get stuck in fear of the unknown and/or sadness related to the loss of that which is ending or changing. This may prevent us from looking forward to the new beginning. While the time of uncertainty that intervenes between an ending or change and new beginning is part of the normal progression, it can also become so overwhelming that we can't seem to move to the next step of the journey. Join other women who are working through changes or life transitions in our Phoenix Rising Circle. We will meet weekly to address issues related to the ending or change and period of confusion in your life, then create a plan for your new beginning filled with the intentions you desire. Some situations women have addressed in previous sessions are menopause, divorce, changing jobs, starting higher education as a mature student, losing a home, children leaving home, etc... Each circle meets for four weeks. We will use breathwork, visualization, journal writing and circle discussions to explore these challenges and create intentions for your next step.
